Biography
Cordina Charvis Paralegal Services is a privately held firm specializing in corporate governance, compliance and securities.
Cordina began her career as a paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell specializing in banking and corporate services. Prior to launching Cordina Charvis Paralegal Services she has worked at top large law firms and in-house legal departments such as AngelList, Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P., Environmental Power Corporation, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Cordina is the President and co-founder of the Virtual Paralegal Training Center. Cordina holds a B.S. & M.S. degree from Mercy College and a paralegal certificate, ABA Approved.
